PG HOSTEL FOR GENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Guest must submit two copies of their ID, a passport size photo.
- Guest must pay one month rent in advance and deposit amount.
- If Guest wish to leave the PG, they must notify the authorities one month in advance. incase not informed, deposit won't be refunded and should pay rent of month.
- Guest once enter the PG and pay advance, rentis not refundable.
- Guest should pay rent before 5th of every month. If in case rent is delayed, authorities may add up interest.
- Others and visitors are not allowed to enter the PG. This is strictly prohibited. Otherwise the authorities can take all the measures they deem appropriate.
- If guest requests the authorities to allow guest, charges will be applied accordingly.
- The consumption of alcohol by PG is strictly prohibited in premise. Guest must not carry addictive substances such as drugs, or other illegal drugs. In this case authorities can hand them over to police and expell from the PG.
- Guests are responsible for keeping their belongings at their own risk. Authorities are not responsible for loss of their items of any kind such as ornaments, money or important documents.
- Guests should keep their rooms clean and tidy.
- It is forbidden to stick or display photos or posters on walls of the room.
- For damage or loss of PG things due to guest, material damage is at his expense.
- Doors close at 9pm every night and all guests must enter before 9pm. If any emergency, should take permission by authorities.
- If the authorites become aware of guest illegal or unauthorized behavior, they can expell from PG any time.
- The authorities reserve right to close PG, if work didn’t go smoothly or lack of perosonnel. In this case guest must find a new room within 3 months.
